Jeff VanKooten is an expert on cultural change and biblical faith as they apply to our North American context. Over the past 10 years, Jeff has presented keynotes at conferences, conventions, and from pulpit's regarding the church's missionary encounter with North American culture. His ability to take the bewildering amount of information on contemporary culture and clear away the rubble of misconceptions to present the truth of the matter with sharp, incisive strokes has earned him a reputation as an engaging and challenging speaker. He has been on staff with Dynamic Communicators International since 1996.

Through real-life insights and illustrations, Jay motivates and inspires his audience to action. Jay started communicating as a teenager through the ministry of Youth for Christ twenty years ago. His versatile speaking skills deliver clarity and power to your event. Jay's humor, storytelling, and genuine delivery make the Truth burst alive as he speaks. His motivational and inspirational speaking style is great for all settings. Whether speaking at a school assembly program, retreat, conference, or to a business management team, Jay's enthusiasm leaves an indelible mark on his listeners. Recent venues include Christian Camping International, The Salvation Army, Youth for Christ, numerous Christian schools, and church denominations. He also serves as a Chaplain for the PGA, Professional Golfers Association. Jay grew up in Petoskey, MI and attended Taylor University Graduating with degrees in Biblical Literature and Music. Jay served as an Executive Director in Youth for Christ for 15 years. Jay and his wife Laura live in Alma, MI with their son Torrey 18 and daughter Grace 11. They founded Celebrate Ministries, Inc in 1995.

Over 25 years of experience in many leadership roles, teaching, training, working with people and being a motivational speaking has given Herb Shaffer a desire to invest in the lives of people. He currently serves as the founding pastor of New Song Community Church in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA. In addition to that primary role, Herb coaches leaders throughout the U.S. and serves as curriculum director for the Institute for Servant Leadership. Herb completed his undergraduate work at Gulf-Coast Bible College and received a Masters in Science of Organizational Leadership from Geneva College.

Since 1988 he has had the privilege of working with Ken Davis in the Dynamic Communicator Workshops. Since 2001 Herb has served as Director of Curriculum Development for the Institute of Servant Leadership. ISL trains adults in leadership concepts and skills in over 10 states. Herb also teaches college courses in the areas of leadership, organizational dynamics, critical thinking, communication, and life development.

For more than 30 years, Byron Emmert's ministry focus has been creative communication. Having served as a youth worker and pastor, Byron understands the privilege and challenge of speaking to the same audience every week. As a national speaker to audiences of thousands, he understands the unique dynamics of speaking to large groups. His writing and leadership in event programming add to his multi-faceted experience. Byron's communication and training skills are widely sought for both youth and adults. He is on the national staff of Youth For Christ USA, specializing in 3Story Communications.

As a speaker and author, Byron's passion is using his gifts and abilities to communicate Biblical truth to our ever-changing world. Ken Davis says, Byron's speaking, teaching and writing skills are of top quality. His creative contributions as a team member and writer were valued from the first day I met him. Byron has served on the faculty of the Dynamic Communicators Workshops from the very beginning in 1985.

Byron and Linda have been married for 30 years and together they enjoy their married children and grandkids.
