Located just over an hour south of Denver and just west of Colorado Springs, Glen Eyrie is easy to get to. If you plan to fly, you may choose either Denver International Airport or Colorado Springs Airport to fly into. Registration begins at 3:00 p.m. on the first day, and we begin our time with dinner together at 5:00 p.m. that evening. PLEASE NOTE: Our first classroom session is at 6:00 p.m. on the first evening and is foundational for the entire workshop. It is very important that you arrive at the workshop no later than 6:00 p.m. on the first day. Our final session will end on the last day by 10:00 a.m.

FOOD & LODGING OPTIONS **

Standard Double Occupancy -- $498. We will do our best to honor any roommate requests, or we will assign you a roommate.

Single Occupancy -- $898. A limited number of single occupancy rooms may be available on a space available, first-come, first-served basis. Single rooms are not guaranteed and cannot be confirmed until 30 days prior to the workshop.

Discount Cabin Lodging -- $398. Save $100!
A limited amount of Cabin Lodging is available at a reduced cost. Cabins typically sleep 8 to 10 people with shared bathroom facilities. You may have to walk up to a mile between the cabins and meeting locations.

**Due to our tight workshop schedule and contractual guarantees, lodging and meals must be taken at the conference site. Food and lodging fee is in addition to registration fee and includes all applicable taxes.

SPOUSE RATES - Discount rates are available for spouses of full-paying registrants. A spouse may attend all of the classroom sessions and observe the small group sessions. Spouses do not give speeches or participate in the small group process. The cost for a spouse (including food & lodging) is $798. (Note: Spouse rates are not combinable with group or other discounts.)

GROUP DISCOUNTS - Save $75 per person when you register three or more from the same church/organization. Group registrations must be received together and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

A $300 non-refundable, non-transferable registration deposit is required for each registrant. Registrant's balance (Registration Fee + Food & Lodging Fee - $300 deposit) will be due one month prior to workshop. $300 registration deposit received by listed Early Bird deadlines will qualify registrant for the Early Bird registration price.
