How much will it cost for my spouse to come with me if he/she doesn't participate?

We only have one rate for spouses.

Will my spouse and I have any free time and what is there to do?

Our workshop schedule is very full. Unfortunately, there is very little free time. Meals and some of the afternoon on the third day are about all the free time there is. If your spouse is looking for some alone time, then this may be a good option.

Do I have to stay on-site?

Yes. Due to our contractual obligations with our facilities, we must insist that students stay on-site.

If I need to arrive early to the conference, can I stay the night before at the facility?

Rarely. Most of the time our facilities are full prior to and after our conference. However, we encourage you to check with the facility for availability and let them know of your situation and that you will be attending our conference.

If I can't stay on-site early, where will I stay?

The best option is to find a nearby hotel if you are driving or an airport hotel if you are flying.

How far is the airport from the facility?

Denver International Airport is approximately two hours from the conference center. Eagle County airport is less than an hour away but has limited flights.

What are the directions to the facility?

Directions are provided with your registration confirmation.

What time should I book my flight to arrive at the airport, if I'm going to take the shuttle or arrive at the conference on time?

We suggest you book your flights to arrive by 1 pm. Registration begins at 4 pm and Dinner is at 5 pm.

What are the Shuttle options?

There are regular shuttle van and bus services from Denver International Airport to the facility. We suggest Colorado Mountain Express.

When should I book my flight to depart if I'm taking the shuttle back to the airport?

We suggest that you book your flight to depart after 1 pm.

What if I can't make it to the conference until the first morning?

While we encourage you to do everything you possibly can to be with us for the beginning of the conference, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way. Generally you can miss the first evening and still be able to catch up. But if you miss the first morning classroom sessions, you will likely be lost the rest of the week. We would rather have you attend a future conference.

What happens if I end up having to cancel because of an unexpected scheduling conflict?

The registration deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations occurring before 1 month prior to the workshop will have the option of transferring their registration to the next workshop or a refund of amounts paid minus the registration deposit. No refunds will be given within one month of the workshop.
